The Jakarta Isapi Redirector is a software component created by the Apache Software Foundation for redirecting incoming requests from a Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) web server to Apache Tomcat servlet containers.

The Jakarta Isapi Redirector supports load balancing across multiple Tomcat instances, as well as failover mechanisms in the event of server failures. It uses the Internet Server Application Programming Interface (ISAPI) extension to communicate with IIS and establish a communication channel with Tomcat.
